Believe in the death and resurrection of Jesus. Live like him. And tell others about him with your words and your deeds.
That's it. That's the answer. That's our purpose. That's why we're here.
The answer to the question of the meaning of life...is God. If you don't believe, then this probably just sounds like another one of those weird religious statuses.
Darn right it is.
You think I'm wrong. But what if I'm not. What if this Jesus stuff is real? It doesn't cost you a darn thing to think about it. To consider why you're alive.
So, why? It's to be in a close, everyday relationship with God. And we can only do that because we all sin and the consequences of our sin is death. Jesus already died for our sin.
So that we could be free. But he does not give freedom. He offers it.
Accept.
