...they may be on fire. Just saying...

Odd...it seems that people who say shout the loudest, "don't judge me!!!" ...are usually doing something they know isn't good for them. And notice how I phrase that. It's not "they're all screwed up and stupid" or "they're living in sin and going to burn in Hell!!!"

People whining about being judged are often into things that deserve judgement.

But what is judgement? I may be wrong, but my understanding of judgement is twofold, condemnation and admonishment.

Condemnation is judgement made from a position of authority. This is God's. Don't do it.

Admonishment is judgement made from a position of servanthood...of brotherhood...of sisterhood...of love... This kind of judgement is done for THE SOLE PURPOSE OF HELPING...IF IT AIN'T EDIFYING...THEN SHUT UP!!!!  This is not for non-christians. If someone is not a Christian you cannot admonish them because they do not believe in the same source of truth that you do (the Bible) and are without the Holy Spirit (the only way to interpret the Bible) so they cannot wholly understand the "judgement" that you offer.

But if you're a Christian, then be prepared to be "judged."

If you and your friends call yourselves Christians...and don't admonish one another, don't watch each others' backs, don't keep each other from falling into habitual sin...

...then you are all liars.

No joke. You smell smoke?
